Why cleansing (or detox) is a good idea especially when you are over 50?
It is because of inflammation.
If you suffer from low energy, chronic fatigue, frequent colds, allergies, headaches, indigestion, constipation, mood swings, anxiety, depression, or any kind of skin problems. You may be suffering from inflammation, or build-up of toxins in your body.
Sometimes these kinds of symptoms are attributed to aging. More than aging, they are direct result of lifestyle. There is not getting away from the fact that as we age, we get all the effects of what we did in the past, including our lifestyle in eating. We always have to keep in mind that we are not getting younger. We have to do what we need to do, so we have to start now even we`re in our 50`s.
