About Me

Hi! My name is Hanna. Welcome to my blog!

Crossing half a century really wakes you up from the inside.  You realize that the major portion of your life has passed by.  Whether you`re a stay-at-home, a housewife, or a working woman, life for us women has not been easy… and reaching your 50s is actually a big achievement.

My Story

When i reached my prime, I started to feel different, physically, mentally and emotionally. While it is true that your body undergoes changes as you age, this time I witnessed it for myself.

Turning 50 led me to the realization that life has been a busy roller coaster ride for me between taking care of my family, working, volunteering and traveling every once in a while.

I took 50 as a new start for myself. I started to explore and discover who I really was as an individual and above all, I felt the urge to help women of my age lead a better and healthier life. This became my life’s new purpose.

Why I Want To Help People

I want women like me to know that it’s finally time they take care of themselves after dedicating their entire lives to others’ happiness. I want them to know that it’s never too late to start discovering their personality and exploring their true selves. More than anything, I want them to know how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle after you turn into your 50s and how they can achieve that. I want to do all of this because I realize that many people think their life is almost over when they reach their 50s and this invalidates the immense potential they still have in themselves.

The Goal

My goal behind creating this blog is to unite all those aged above 50 so that they can encourage each other to do better and live healthier lives. I want to inspire women in their 50s to lead a healthier and more efficient life and to find their inner true selves. Only after achieving inner peace will we be able to improve our service to our family, our friends and relatives, our community, and ultimately to the whole world.

Happy reading!

Love,
